Three addresses, for three different things. Anything about your safety or somebody else's is better reported inside the app, where the relevant identifiers travel with it.
Support
For account, subscription or technical support, write to support@twinbat.com. Include your registered email address and a short description of the problem.
Never send your password, a one-time code, a full payment-card number or a government ID by ordinary email. We will never ask you to.
Privacy and your data
For privacy rights, data requests or questions about automated processing, write to privacy@twinbat.com. What you can ask for is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Safety
Report users or content inside Twinbat wherever you can — a report made in the app carries the identifiers a moderator needs, and an emailed screenshot does not.
For urgent safety concerns, including anything involving a minor, write to safety@twinbat.com. See also our Child Safety Standards.
Twinbat is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
